AOTUO Supports Guangxi Chijie Steel: 3 Million Ton Ore Powder Ship Loading Project Successfully Commissioned with Four Industry-First Innovations

AOTUO has recently completed the commissioning and full-scale operation of the Ore Powder Conveying and Ship Loading Project at the Wharf of Guangxi Chijie Steel Co., Ltd. in Wuzhou Port. The project has an annual transfer volume of 3 million tons of ore powder. The core equipment – a 1×800t/h ship loader with dual discharge outlets (the "Double-Head Double-Rotation Environmental-Friendly Powder Material Ship Loader") – has achieved stable and efficient operation, setting multiple industry records.

   The equipment delivers a rated capacity of 800 TPH and a peak capacity of 1000 TPH, with measurement accuracy meeting trade settlement standards – enabling high throughput on small berths.

2. Industry First: Dual Extendable Chutes Simultaneous Operation
   For the first time in the industry, two extendable chutes can operate simultaneously for ship loading. Each chute is independently and precisely controlled, ensuring balanced and uniform material intake while significantly reducing vessel movement.

3. Double-Rotation Loading Mode: Higher Efficiency and Flexibility
   The double-rotation mechanical structure greatly enhances adaptability to complex working environments, flexibly handling different docking positions and ship types, thus improving berth utilization and operational flexibility.

4. Rainy-Day Loading Capability
   The improved sealed unloading device ensures normal and stable loading operations even in rainy conditions, guaranteeing all-weather continuous port operation.

5. Zero Dust Emission Throughout the Process
   Through fully enclosed conveying and advanced dust collection technology, the system achieves zero dust overflow from material transfer to final loading, meeting truly dust-free green operation standards.
